This great restaurant has been serving meals since 1999 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. They work with a market kitchen, which means that they makes the most of the seasons to cook each product at its best.  It is a modern, original cuisine with creative touches, but without losing roots, seeking a complete and balanced gastronomic fusion. 

 

In 1870 in Vilafranca del Penedes, the Quer family started a factory making pasta and cannelloni under the brand "La Teresita".

In 2001, 131 years later, Martí Quer, Miyuki Hamano and Bernard Franco returned to Vilafranca del Penedes from New York where they had been living for many years and transformed the town's historical pasta factory into a restaurant and named it La Fabrica as a tribute to the pasta making factory.

They have been offering a Japanese - Mediterranean fusion cuisine since then.

Monday to Saturday 13:30 - 15:30 and 20:30 - 23:30

Located in the village of Subirats surrounded by a lush natural setting, with views to the mountains of Montserrat and much of the Alt Penedès. The decor is inspired by wine elements from land and vineyard, to transform the atmosphere in the most genuine of Penedes. The restaurant has a capacity of 85 seats. Nature is breathed on four sides of the restaurant, and a stunning daylight is coming through the large window.

Cal Ton opened during the Festa Major in Vilafranca in 1982. Since then the family have never lost the encouragement to do their work, a prevailing cuisine but rooted in the region and tradition. One of the most popular restaurants in Vilafranca among the locals.
